Well Maintained 2 Bedroom in Center Village - Close to Everything Copper has to offer!!

Copper Valley 202 is a ski in and walk out condo in the Center Village of Copper Mountain. It's an easy walk to the Center Village lifts, the Pitchfork lift and Green Acres beginner area is just above the condo or you can ski over to the Super Bee Lift in the East Village. The athletic club and all of the shops and restaurants in Center Village are close by as well as the resort shuttles to take you to other parts of the resort. At the end of the day, ski right to the condo building and avoid the crowds trying to get back to the parking lots.

Copper Valley offers a common swimming pool (kept at 100 degrees in the winter), 1 designated spot in the common garage, a ski locker for storing all of your gear and common laundry facilities. There are some first come/first serve outdoor parking spots at the building for a potential second vehicle.

The condo itself features a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, 2 bathrooms (completely remodeled in the Fall of 2023), gas fireplace and deck off the back of the unit. Bedding goes King bed in the master, Queen bed in the second bedroom and additional Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area. Please note: This property comes with one parking space in the attached garage. Additional vehicles can be parked in the North Alpine Lot for $20 per night. STR License #STR21-01983

questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Copper Mountain, in Copper Mountain Village, e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Copper Mountain Ski Resort e Breckenridge (stazione sciistica) sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. Anche Woodward at Copper e The Colorado Angler meritano una visita. Great location, bad management

This property has a great location but the property management team could use some refinement. We had the water shut off all day two days in a row and all I got was a “good luck”. We have two little kids and we had to repeated leave the unit for the facilities. Worst property rental experience I have had through VRBO. I would not recommend this unit nor this rental company.

Well located, clean ski condo

My family of four (wife, boys 16 and 13) enjoyed four nights at this Copper condo between Christmas and New Years. It was clean and comfortable for us. The bathrooms were modern and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was plenty well equipped for basic meal prep. Second floor walk up location. Ski in is easy at the end of the day. It's a couple hundred yard walk to the lift in the AM, slightly uphill. Very doable for our group, but in snow could be a challenge for younger kids. Ski locker was convenient, and we had no issues accessing the shared laundry. Underground parking is very nice, but a Tahoe or larger would be very tough to park in the tight confines. WiFi and TV were great. One suggestion would be to add an additional light in the living area, as it's a bit dim. Otherwise, a very functional unit that we'd happily return to.

Great view

Place was fine but needs more attention to detail. Hair in shower, Lamp in living room didn’t work, Kitchen lights didn’t work. Condo manager had to come in to unit twice because tub/toilet was leaking in unit a floor down.

Good location, short walk to beginner lifts. Ski back to the condo building. Clean, appears to be recently updated. Nice balcony with mountain view. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location at Copper+

I stayed with my husband and 4 year old son. The location was amazing, right near a small lift my son was able to ride a few times and next to the sledding hill! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean when we arrived. We were a short walk to center village and an eaay drive to Frisco and Breckenridge. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I wanted to love this place so much. Part of the shower was broken, hair was left in tub, and not what we thought. Great location though and view from the balcony!
