“Made it by check out time! Being from the Northshore of New Orleans, I still had a family celebration that day at Ft Hood. Although being checked out, the hotel clerk Yashira, offered me a place to relax, get dressed and even complimented me on how pretty I looked! Above and Beyond! Unexpected and great guest services not common everywhere so that’s what stood out about the trip- oh, and I got to look pretty for my nephews Officer commencement as 2nd Lieutenant ceremonies!”
