“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“This property is great! It was nicely furnished, very clean, had an awesome hot breakfast and the employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. It was great for just our one night stay but would be really great for a longer stay since it has a full kitchen with everything you need for a longer stay. We also loved that they had Dove products for the bathroom!”
