L'hotel e' ubicato in una zona tranquilla. E' molto basic, camera di dimensione accettabile con AC e frigorifero. Bagno con vasca e doccia. Il tutto e' un po' datato quindi necessiterebbe manutenzione. La pulizia e' accettabile anche se la tazza andrebbe pulita un po' più spesso. Ambiente informale e personale molto simpatico. Vale quanto si paga.

Quiet setting not far from coast
Very quiet spot about 10 minutes walk from the sea. We took a bus from Coral Bay to Agiou Georgiou and walked back along the coast. Amazing coastline. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely balcony with a sea view.

Tygodniowy pobyt w Hotelu w listopadzie. Miła obsługa właścicieli. Pokój z łożem małżeńskim. Pokój niiewielki, ale przytulny z balkonem.na wyposażeniu tv i lodówka. Łazienka kompletna, ale do remontu. Wystający beton przy zakończeniach ścianek i u dołu brodzika pod prysznicem. Rano z otworów czuć było kanalizację. Na plus pyszne śniadania i kawa. Miejsce hotelu bardzo spokojne i ciche. Jeśli chodzi o koszt pobytu to cena odpowiednia do warunków

Very good inexpensive hotel , short walk from beach - I used it as a base to go Diving in Coral bay Costas the manager is very helpful ! Clean rooms and nice English style breakfast WiFi that works !! If yr sea n sand it - hire a car. Dive school 20 mins walk with excellent restaraunt next door . Quiet and relaxing place - but its Cyprus so dont expect all the light switches to work ;)

A week in Coral Bay without the Hassle
This was a budget hotel at a budget price, so don't expect the ritz. The breakfast was full English with a twist. Owner very friendly and helpful

Die matratzen waren dermaßen hart, dass der Rücken am nächsten Tag wehgetan hat. Das Zimmer war dreckig, heizung/AC hat nicht funktioniert. Personal war OK, jedoch war es in der Nacht total laut.

Un respiro en medio del campo
Este hotel está alejado del pueblo y la playa, estás en medio de campos, lo cual es estupendo en cuanto a tranquilidad, ya que está a 10' en coche de todo. El dueño es muy tranquilo, mucho mucho. Tuvimos un par de incidentes. Por un lado estuvimos día y medio sin agua caliente, hubo que comentarlo. En una habitación doble a la llegada solo había 1 toalla. Hubo que pedir otra y una de mano. Un día no se hizo el cuarto, pero eso fue la chica de la limpieza que tomó el pelo al dueño escribiendo que la había hecho. Cosillas sin demasiada importancia pero referente de la tranquilidad con la que se lleva el hotel. A pesar de eso, volvería sin duda, son pequeños detalles que hay que comentar y enseguida los soluciona. El cuarto era muy grande con terraza, baño ok. Desayuno inglés incluído. Buen precio u sobre todo localización.

Not as described
Nowhere near to any beach or amenities. Fridge only works when you are in the room meaning you wouldn’t be able to keep water cool. Pool looked like a building site! We checked in, went to the room and promptly checked out and went over stay somewhere that was true to the description. We tried to find someone to say we were leaving but no one was around so we left the keys and emailed. Never heard back.

It's a Shame!!! This could be a great place....
We stayed in the one of three studio apartments, the other two were just being used as storage. The owner didn't really want us to stay in the studio, but as we specifically wanted a fridge, which is why we booked the studio so we said we'd like to stay in it. It is possible that the rooms were better, as the main building is still being tidied up. But the studio was filthy dirty. Every surface and the floor hadn't been swept in ages, There was food, mouse and rat droppings and cockroaches all over the place. There was no hot water at all, although the owner said that he does turn the water on for one hour at 8am and for another hour at 7:30pm, sadly, we were up and out before 8am and we would come home to freshen up about 5pm before going back out for dinner, so we never got any of the water from a turned on heater. The Windows do not close and the curtains don't have anywhere near enough hooks to close properly, they just hang off the rails. None of the fitting are secure, all the taps were loose, the double bed is only supplied with a single size sheet and a single size army type blanket that is really rough. No cleaning was carried out either before or during our stay. The owner did say that if we left the key with him, he would do the house keeping, but all that was done, was that another two towels were left, and one of these was dirty.

Quiet location
Seriously people, avoid this. It may well be cheap, but it is very poor indeed. The bathroom sink taps, were loose and moved when you opened them. The bath mixer was even worse. There were no plugs for sink or bath and one bath towel between two! the sink pedestal was upright, but nowhere near to the base of the sink. There was a large water stain in the bath and the toilet has never seen bleach since the hotel was built. Only one pillow each and a fridge that was filthy inside. It was ok for a couple of days but a family holiday? definitely not, people you will be seriously disappointed and it will ruin your well earned holiday. It is in a quiet location, true, but we were woken by neighbourhood dogs barking constantly from 5am. The reception was also dingy, with worn out sofas and generally messy. The manager? well he spent most of the time sitting in the sun rather than looking after the place.

Günstiges, kleines Hotel in schöner Umgebung
Das Bella Rosa hat ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön. Trotzdem kann man zu Fuß in 10min einen schönen Strand, einen kleinen Supermarkt, ein paar Restaurants, u.s.w. erreichen. Man sollte keine perfekte Ausstattung erwarten. Gelegentlich fällt z.B. mal das Warmwasser oder (immer nur kurz) das Wifi aus. Aber der sehr nette Inhaber Costas reagiert immer direkt und behebt die Probleme schnell. Und es ist sehr sauber. Besonders der Boden glänzt immer frisch gewischt. Mir hat das Frühstück sehr gefallen. Es ist günstig und ein super Start in den Tag. Und man kann andere Gäste treffen. Man kann auch ganztägig Essen und Getränke bekommen. Meine Tipps: - Zum großen Supermarkt Philippos dauert es zu Fuß allerdings schon so 20-30 Minuten. Ein Mietwagen oder ein Mietfahrrad (gibt's in Coral Bay oder bei den nahen Hotels Corallia und Coral Beach) helfen da. Wenn man mal bei Philippos ist, wird man bei einem Einkauf ab 20€ auch mitsamt dem Einkauf kostenlos nach Hause gefahren. - Im Oktober wird es langsam ruhig, obwohl das Wetter noch strandmäßig ist. - Im sehr nahen Corallia-Hotel gibt es jeden Abend für 10€ ein großes Buffet zu verschiedenen Themen. - Mit einem Miet-Mountainbike kann man die von der Natur und den Aussichten her sehr schöne Akamas-Halbinsel im Norden erkunden.
