“Not only did they offer a wonderful breakfast with a variety of choices, but they offered a free evening meal from 5:30-7pm which had a variety of tasty options as well. The evening meal also included three drink punches per person at the bar during that time. The staff was very efficient and super friendly! We will definitely be going back!”

“Friendly staff but laughing and talking with each other in front of guests is not professional. Room was not cleaned well. Bathroom door needed cleaning and the rest of the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Hair on floor and shower. Sheets and pillowcases felt and smelled clean but had old stains on them. Poor quality pillows.”

“The front desk worker came down to the pool area and berated us for eating in the pool area, and we were not eating in the pool area. We had water bottles, that was it. She was extremely rude and way off base. We have stayed here for years and now we never will again. ”

“No tv guide menu which is odd. Also the workout room is the smallest I’ve seen. Otherwise the rooms are clean and hotel is nice. ”

“My week-long stay in Coralville was great. The room was quiet and clean. The location was convenient for me, visiting a family member at nearby Summit. The best part of the stay was the service provided by the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The night clerk helped me with a very late check-in and greeted me on my return each night. “Iowa Nice” for sure. Many thanks, and I will return on my next visit to Coralville.”

“The breakfast was good but go early because not all items are refilled. The floor of the tub/shower in our room need to be resurfaced as parts of the surface appeared to be peeling. The bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower were empty. The TV in our room kept buffering and the sound would randomly fade in and out. The area off the elevator needed to be vacuumed and the trash by the ice maker was overflowing. Neither were cleaned during our two days at the property. We were told that...
