“I had an accident, not on the property, so I spent most of my time in the room only. It fit all my needs. Some updates to bathroom/shower facilities are needed such as grab bars and perhaps walk in showers. These facilities may have been available in other rooms, we did not think to ask. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of choice. We would definitely go there again.”

“A very well enjoyed stay here! The building is brand new and in such a convenient spot near the ferry and airport, plus only about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. There’s a huge free parking lot too, which already felt like a win before even checking in. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Everyone greeted guests so kindly with warm voices and genuinely friendly energy. It honestly felt like they were happy you were there, which makes such a difference. ”

“It is a very nice property, very quiet, a little isolated and the suites are not equipped for eating in, and the restaurant is quite expensive. We still had a very relaxing stay”

“Lovely hotel with friendly staff! Love the ducky in the room. The hotel is fantastic. As a side note, Bin 5 is the restaurant right by the hotel. Only service dogs are allowed even for the patio. I thought it is dog friendly and this is part of the reason for staying at the hotel which is dog friendly. I ended up ordering take out as I have two dogs with me. No big deal but I thought it would be good if the restaurant is dog friendly too.”

“Great staff. Always helpful. The room was clean. Loved the big hooks by the door. All hotel rooms should have them. Easy to take the bus to the wharf area. Bonus were the yo-yo and Grandma’s Basement”

“Upgrade your front door locks. Mine was stuck. Couldnt get in the room. Called support thinking there was a technical reason why my code wasn't working. I could here the latch moving. Finally, I just body checked the door open. the lock system was all loose and didn't retract properly so I'm guessing I wasn't the first guest with this issue. Support said maintenance would show up the next morning at 9am to have a look. No one ever did appear. Otherwise, room was nice, clean and had...
