“We chose to stay at your hotel specifically because we had an early flight and needed a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, our room was located right next to what appeared to be an ongoing party that continued well past midnight. There was constant noise—banging, loud voices, and items being dropped—which made it feel as though it was happening right outside our door. We were under the impression this is a hotel frequently used by guests with early flights. Is there not a designated quiet hours...

“We were bikepacking around Vancouver over the long weekend. Before and after our stay at the inn we were able to leave a bag which was very kind and allowed us to see lots of local sights. The breakfast was great, especially the coffee and pancakes. Highly recommend this place.”

“the staff was over the top, even though going through renovations the property was very nice. ”

“You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.”

“It’s a beautiful property. The house was built in 1885 so in need of some maintenance but it is full of lovely architectural details and antiques. The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, my only complaint was the bed was very hard. ”
