Enjoying the most breathtaking setting right on the sandy bay of Almyros, near Acharavi, the villa is surrounded by extensive private gardens, features a virtually private beach, and is the ideal choice for large families or group of friends looking for the perfect setting in a relaxing, no frills environment yet surrounded by the most modern comforts. The villa can sleep up to 16 guests in 7 air-conditioned bedrooms and will surprise for its space, views, surroundings and features. Sunbath on the beach, splash by the newly added pool, enjoy a delicious charcoal grilled meal outside while pampered by the sound of the waves, play in the extensive gardens with lawn: Villa JustRelax will surprise you! Inside, Villa JustRelax is set over 3 floors. The ground floors features a large, well equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area for all the guests and sofa / seating area. Patio door lead outside to the circular front terrace equipped with a large dining table. On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, sharing a bathroom with bathtub + shower over. Stairs lead up to the first floor. Here guests will find 3 additional bedrooms, all en-suite, 2 doubles and one twin. The views are absolutely stunning and stretch from Sidari cliffs (with an amazing sunset every day) to the Albanian mountains in the distance. The 2 extra bedrooms and shower room are located on the upper floor. Featuring beamed ceilings (lower height), futon-style lower beds, and accessed via a spiral staircase, this floor is particularly suitable for children and teenagers.One of the bedrooms has a double bed while the other one features 4 single beds. These bedrooms share a shower room. For the comfort of our guests all the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included on the rental price). Outside, Villa JustRelax is a true heaven in the most idyllic beachfront location of Corfu. Extensive gardens with lawn, Mediterranean flowers and shrubs surround the villa both at the front and at the back, providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy the shining Greek sunshine. For the lover of al-fresco dining, a brick-built barbecue with pizza oven is available, together with outdoor dining area. A newly added pool, completes the setting. The pool is 40sqm in size and is provided with comfortable sunbeds. What a better setting for a refreshing dip after a day on the beach or exploring the island? Private parking is also available within the premises. NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.
