Not as advertised, Sewer smells and slanted floors

The property was advertised as 2 bedroom but it was 1. All the floors were tilted. All food in the fridge slid to the corner of the fridge. There was a disgusting smell of sewer from outside and from the bathroom. We could not stay more than 1 night. Host just shrugged it all off and would not refund. VRBO did give me the full refund.
