Holiday Home "Nora" with 2 Apartments and Shared Pool - Sea Breeze 1

“Nora”, our holiday house, is located in Agios Spiridon on Corfu’s north-east coast, close to the larger tourist resorts of Acharavi (5 km) and Kassiopi (6 km).
The house stands on a 3,500m 2 plot and consists of only two holiday apartments, Sea Breeze 1 and 2. Surrounded by the crystal-clear Ionian Sea, Antinioti Nature Reserve and Mount Pantokrator, our holiday house is a very good choice for nature lovers, sun worshippers, swimmers, hikers and walkers, riders and
joggers.

Enjoy the lovely pool and the spacious area around it for relaxing, with parasols and sunbeds, barbecue area, pool shower and garden furniture, as well as views of Mount Pantokrator and the sea.

Each apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double
bed, one with two single beds, a living room with a sofa and a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi, SAT-TV, outdoor hot/cold shower and own parking space. Directly in front
of the apartment is a large, covered terrace with an additional seating area for outdoor dining, loungers and a large parasol.

The two sandy beaches of Agios Spiridon, just 10 minutes’ walk away, slope gently into the sea and are especially suitable for children. Also within walking distance are a supermarket, a travel agency with car rental, various tavernas, horse riding, a small snorkelling
paradise and the unique nature reserve. Picturesque footpaths and hiking trails are close nearby.

Our house is also perfect for the colder seasons as it is equipped with underfloor heating.

You will see the second holiday flat, "Meeresbriese 2", at the bottom of this page if it is available for the period you requested.

The service fee costs € 70.00 and is payable on site. There are no further costs.

Ein schönes gepflegtes Haus mit einem tollen Pool inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Nora war stets für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Und auch die Katzen am Haus haben wir geliebt.

We had a lovely stay at Nora’s, accommodation was clean, well presented, comfy double bed and a great spacious outdoor patio. Pool is modern and we usually had it to ourselves as shared with one other apartment. Nora is very nice and helpful, offering recommendations if needed. The area is perfect, close to a fabulous sandy beach and a 10 minute drive to Kasioppi.

Top-Urlaubsunterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, das Meer in Laufweite. Nora ist ein herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin mit vielen Insider-Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Der Garten mit Olivenbäumen und der Pool sind top gepflegt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

A wonderful holiday

Our two week holiday at Villa Nora was a wonderful experience. The apartment had everything we needed and was positioned perfectly away from the hubbub but close enough to the amenities of this small village, including shops and restaurants. It was clean and homely, and set in a beautiful and peaceful landscape. The lovely pool was an added benefit as well as being only a ten minute walk to a charming sandy beach. And our host, Nora, was just lovely - we hope to return again soon. Thank you so much for a fabulous fortnight!

Excellent séjour chez Nora

Très jolie location entourée de végétation. Maison restant fraiche malgré la chaleur extérieure . Plusieurs plages de sables accessibles rapidement et facilement. Piscine très appréciable ! Un accueil très chaleureux de Nora qui a été aux petits soins tout le séjour et a su nous conseiller de bonnes tavernes.

Entspannung auf Korfu

Nach 14 Tagen bei Nora sind wir total entspannt! Das schöne, perfekt ausgestattete Ferienhaus mit dem Blick in die grünen Berge ist ein fantastischer Ort um Korfu zu entdecken. Abseits vom Trubel aber doch nicht abgelegen, erreicht man viele schöne Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder! Martin und Barbara

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Nora sehr wohl gefühlt, alles nötige war vorhanden und die Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und alles funktioniert. Nach einen kleinen Eingriff kammen wir auch in den Genuss der Fussbodenheizung, da wir leider mit dem Wetter nicht ganz soviel Glück hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen

Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Nora und Detlef. Das ganze Anwesen war super gepflegt, es fehlte an nichts und es war angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben wertvolle Tipps und unterstützen, wo sie können. Mein Sohn hatte Ohrenschmerzen und sie kümmerten sich darum, dass eine auch sehr nette Ärtztin vorbeikam. Wir können eine Reise nach Korfu und in die Villa Nora ohne Einschränkung empfehlen!

Prima vakantiehuisje; netjes en schoon met terras en buitendouche en mooi uitzicht. Op het terrein staan twee geschakelde vakantiehuisjes met een klein maar wel fijn zwembad en daarachter het huis van de vriendelijke eigenaren Detlef en Nora. Bij aankomst heeft Detlef ons in zijn eigen auto een rondleiding in de buurt gegeven met allerlei tips. Dat vonden wij erg leuk en heel nuttig. Van Nora kregen wij zelfgemaakte olijfolie en ze heeft voor ons gewassen en het huisje tussentijds schoongemaakt. Erg goede service. De omgeving is rustig; er zijn wat restaurants en kleine plaatsjes en baaitjes om te bezoeken.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit viel "Betreuung"

Saubere Wohnung, schöner Pool, Terasse ab 14 Uhr in voller Sonne und bis abends sehr heiß, aber tolle Strände in der Nähe, leider von den Fotos ein Wohnesszimmer plus Küche erwartet, aber es ist nur ein großer gemeinsamer Raum mit direktem Eingang von der Terasse und zwei Schlafzimmer.

Herrlicher Urlaub zwischen Olivenbäumen

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub bei Nora und Detlef! Die beiden sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus, die Lage, der Garten, das ganze Grundstück sind einfach ein Traum! Detlefs kleine Rundreise bei unserer Ankunft war sehr hilfreich und wir konnten direkt einen Eindruck der Umgebung und der besten Strände und Tavernen bekommen. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und wenn wir etwas benötigten, waren beide sofort zur Stelle. Korfu ist eine wunderbare, sehr grüne Insel. Viele sehr schöne Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen, so dass man den wunderbaren Pool mit Meerblick eigentlich gar nicht braucht ;-) Man hat seine Ruhe und hat dennoch nicht das Gefühl, weit weg vom Geschehen zu sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns trotzdem ein Auto für die Zeit gemietet und konnten einige schöne Ausflüge in die nächst größeren Städte unternehmen, eine Esel-Auffangstation besuchen und uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung angucken. Nora und Detlef haben neben verschiedenen Obstbäumen auch viele große und schöne Olivenbäume im Garten, so dass wir nun zu Hause als kleines Andenken das leckere Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau genießen können. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die wir nicht so schnell vergessen werden. Und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen! Danke für alles, liebe Nora und lieber Detlef! Herbstferien wie bei guten Freunden

Den vielen positiven Bewertungen gibt es eigentlich gar nichts hinzuzufügen. Schönes, sauberes und toll gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Außendusche, Liegen und Grillmöglichkeit. Essen auf der Terrasse unter einem uralten Olivenbaum mit Blick auf die grünen Berge - großartig! Ein ganz besonderes Highlight sind die wunderbaren Gastgeber. Schon lange vor unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt hat Detlef überaus freundlich Kontakt hergestellt und Hilfe z. Bsp. bei der Autoanmietung angeboten (absolut empfehlenswert!). Wir waren in der Nebensaison da und haben dank Detlef's Tipps jeden Tag etwas anderes erlebt und großartig gegessen! Bei der Ankunft gab's mit Detlef's eine Rundtour zu den Stränden, Wandermöglichkeiten, empfehlenswerten Tavernen- ein toller Service. Insgesamt war es wie Urlaub bei guten Freunden. Liebe Nora, lieber Detlef, wir danken Euch für Eure Gastfreundschaft, die tollen Tips und die guten Gespräche! Ihr habt unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Traumhafte Lage, tolles Ferienhaus, wunderbare Gastgeber

Schon lange vor unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt hat Detlef sehr freundlich Kontakt hergestellt und uns, auf unsere Nachfrage hin, mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Bei der Ankunft fühlte es sich sogleich an wie Urlaub bei guten Freunden. Detlefs "Reiseführungsstunde per Auto" zu all den schönen Stränden, empfehlenswerten Tavernen und praktischen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis ist ein unschlagbarer Service!!! Schönes, sauberes und atemberaubend gelegenes Ferienhaus in einem riesigen Garten. Die zwei FeWos (je 4 Betten) und das Studio (2 Betten) haben jeweils eine separate Außendusche auf der großen Terrasse. Das hat uns besonders gefallen, denn mit solch' grandioser Aussicht bis zum Meer haben wir zuvor noch nie geduscht ;). Neben dem gepflegten Pool gibt es eine weitere Dusche, Sonnenliegen und -schirme und einen Grillplatz. Und beim Planschen im Pool kann man den Ausblick auf die Berge genießen! Agios Spiridon ist selbst in der Hochsaison ein ruhiger Ort und schöne Strände sind zu Fuß oder nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Liebe Nora, lieber Detlef, wir danken Euch für Eure Gastfreundschaft und Offenheit! Ihr beide macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Detlef and Nora are brilliant hosts and the property is modern and well equipped. Lovely location!

Detlef and Nora are brilliant hosts. When we arrived Detlef took is on a tour of the local areas advising us of all the best beaches and restaurants and places to visit. They could not have been more helpful and kind and popped round to check we were alright. The property itself is small but modern and has all you need to be comfortable and make food yourself if you want. The swimming pool is set above the house and offers great views and sunsets! If you want peace and quiet the location is great. Yet you are five to ten minutes walk from a really nice beach and there are some nice restaurants there as well as within short driving distance. There is a local shop a couple of minutes away and a small town 5km away with plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Corfu is really small so it’s a short drive to many things. We would certainly recommend you go to Mount Pantokrator the highest mountain on Corfu for the views and sunset and walk round deserted Old Perithia. Further afield Palaiokastritsa is well worth a visit for its beaches and landscape. All in all we had a lovely time.

Schönes Anwesen in perfekter Lage mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern!!

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Baby für 11 Tage im April in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und hatten genug Platz und alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Detlef und Nora haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren immer für all unsere Fragen ansprechbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der um diese Jahreszeit üppig blühende Garten. Auch der Blick von der Terrasse mit allabendlichen Sonnenuntergängen ist wunderbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles und einen schönen Sommer.

Auch außerhalb der Saison sehr empfehlenswert

Hier könnte man überwintern! Ruhe und Erholung in freundlicher Umgebung sind garantiert. Spaziergänge und Joggen am Meer und in den Bergen sind auch in dieser Jahreszeit wunderschön. Entspannung im gemütlichen Haus runden den Aufenthalt ab. Alles bestens!
