Ideale per coppie e famiglie

Villa Ariti è un'azienda a conduzione familiare che offre vacanze tranquille lontano dallo stress della vita quotidiana. Chiunque voglia sentire la natura e godersi le famose spiagge di questa regione di Corfù è il benvenuto. È anche un luogo ideale per coloro che vogliono combinare la pace con tutte le maggiori attrazioni turistiche (la maggior parte di esse è raggiungibile in 10-15 minuti in auto).

Villa Ariti ha due terrazze coperte di 18 mq. ognuna con una bella vista su un giardino con alberi di limoni e aranci. Può ospitare 4 persone con la possibilità di un'altra (5) se si tratta di un bambino (lettino per bambini). Si compone di: 1 camera da letto con letto matrimoniale - 1 camera con due letti singoli - cucina completamente attrezzata - lavatrice - frigorifero - soggiorno - bagno con doccia e W. C - Aria condizionata - TV con tutti i canali satellitari gratuiti - Connessione Internet Wifi - Barbecue - Parcheggio per 1 veicolo - Doccia esterna.

La vacanza molto bella e anche la casa confortevole. Secondo noi unico grande difetto è la non veridicità sul giardino, in quanto c'erano solo piante malate che attiravano vespe, già molto presenti sull'isola. Non si poteva stare nel giardino, tantomeno usare l'amaca.

Per chi. Come noi, ama le vacanze fuori dai centri affollati, è il posto ideale. La casa è semplice, ma molto comoda, con una grande veranda affacciata sul giardino. La spiaggia che dista meno di 10 minuti (halikounas beach ) è fantastica , con acque caldissime e fondale basso per moltissimi metri. Grazie! Ci torneremo!

Vor einem Jahr waren wir schon hier. Die Unterkunft wurde innen fast komplett neu renoviert. Die Möbelierung ist überwiegend neu und in einem modernen Stil. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Von der hinteren Terasse hat man einen schönen Blick in den Garten. Es gibt zwei Sonnenliegen und einem Sonnenschirm. Gute Küchenausstattung - alles was man braucht. Ein Auto ist absolut erforderlich um Unterkunft, Strände und Tavernen zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Giorgos betreut seine Gäste hervorragend.

This was our first return to this wonderfully situated villa, and I am sure it will not be our last. The secluded beach with its snorkelling rocks, perfect sea, stunning sunsets and friendly community is as wonderful as we remembered it. The villa has a flat roof for star gazing, a lovely shaded porch and has recently been done up - it looks and feels great. The host is so helpful and generous. You need a car, and of course, then the rest of Corfu opens up to you too. We 100% recommend this fabulous villa.

The apartment is perfect for a visit to Corfu. It has comfy beds, a roof terrace and AC. Very close by is a super secluded beach with beautiful water. We rented a car and explored the island. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, as was the booking process and checkin.

Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Mietwagen ist absolut erforderlich für die Anreise und um den Strand und die Tavernen zu erreichen (jeweils in ca. 4 bis 10 Minuten). Nichts für junge Leute, die Remmidemmi suchen. Absolut top für ältere Leute, die Ruhe wollen!

We absolutely loved the peacefulness of this house and to be able to wander and be on the beach within 2 minutes. It's a really secluded location but within 10 to 15 minutes drive to a town with many shops and restaurants and also a village with a butchers and supermarket in the other direction. We ate in as eating out means driving. The house is pretty well equipped to cook and also has a barbecue that we used. The outside space is lovely both front and back. Everything was incredibly clean and there were a few basic spices etc in the cupboard. This is somewhere to go if you want tranquility and you love the beach- which we do.

Inmitten von Olivenbäumen liegt die Unterkunft. Wunderbar sind die beiden Terrassen; eine zur kleinen Straße und die Zweite zum Garten. Im Garten ist ein Grill auf dem sich hervorragend grillen lässt. Das Bad und die drei Räume haben uns ausreichend Platz geboten. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der kurze Weg zum Meer ist ein wenig beschwerlich; doch die fast private Atmosphäre an der Bucht ist herrlich. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die schattige Terrasse ist im Sommer ideal und die kleine nahe gelegene Bucht lädt zum schwimmen ein. Der Weg dorthin über eine Treppe ist abenteuerlich aber gut machbar und der Sonnenuntergang herrlich. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Taverne die man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichen kann ansonsten ist ein Auto dringend notwendig. Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam .

This was an absolute treasure of a find. It is away from the tourist beaches but just a 2 minute walk down a roughshod pallet staircase to a gem of a beach with very few other people. Excellent for snorkelling. The sunsets are beautiful and best enjoyed on the beach (with a metaxa!). You 100% need a car to get there, get shopping etc. But it is worth it. A 1 1/2 kilometre walk takes you to a taverna with equally beautiful views so you can still have evenings out. We walked there with the kids and torches. One day we swam there from our beach with cash in a plastic bag for lunch - which was excellent fun and just the right level of challenge. The host is very helpful and kind without ever being intrusive. The property was perfect with a great bbq and veranda for sitting out. Everything was well kept and very clean. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back to this very special part of Corfu. A big thank you to the owner.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig. Etwas versteckt findet man ein gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter und viele tolle Tavernen und Strände in der Umgebung. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich.

We spent two weeks in this house. It was found to be well equipped with all you need. Harry - very friendly - well arranged all things and took care on us as guests. Close to the house there is a very nice beach with a limited number of visitors only. To reach it, you have to go only some stairs downwards. Next restaurants are 20 minutes away by feed. For shopping and sightseeing a car is simply essentially. I give a strong recommendation for this house for all who want to be far away from mass tourism and really have relaxing holidays.

Wir verbrachten im August 2019 zwei sehr entspannte Wochen hier. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat per Email super funktioniert. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang und bekamen viele gute Tipps für Aktivitäten (vor allem für Feste auf den Dörfern in der Umgebung, was wir sonst nicht erfahren hätten). Wir waren begeistert von dem kleinen ruhigen Strand, den man in weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht. Das Wasser dort ist glasklar, und nur wenige andere Menschen finden den Weg dorthin. Im Garten des Hauses konnten wir Feigen und Orangen ernten und in der Hängematte dösen. Nachts hatten wir vom Dach des Hauses aus einen tollen Blick auf den Sternenhimmel. Etliche gute Tavernen mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer sind nach einer kurzen Autofahrt gut zu erreichen. Am ausgedehnten Sandstrand von Chalikounas gibt es den Kite Club Korfu, der Kurse im Kite-Surfen anbietet, auch auf deutsch. Auch Surfen kann man an diesem Strand lernen. Der Weg nach Korfu-Stadt dauert ca. 45 Minuten, alle anderen vom Reiseführer empfohlenen Orte sind gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten also sowohl herrliche Ruhe als auch viele interessante Aktivitäten. Nach einer Woche bekamen wir frisches Bettzeug und frische Handtücher. Vielen Dank an Katerina und ihre Familie!

We had a relaxed time in that house. Day started with enjoyable breakfast at the terrace at the garden. To pick a orange by myself was a good expierience for me living normally in town. Also having the beach early in morning for yourself is fantastic. An improvement could be a ceiling fan in sleeping rooms, just to avoid need of AC. Anyway it was a perfect stay,

The villa is situated in small row ,luckily we were the only ones there for the majority of the stay so it was very quiet. The villa has everything you need and is very clean.The only reason I deducted 1 star was that the beds were very hard and the double bed dipped in the middle. The nearest beach is very close but we preferred the beach at Prassudi which has sun loungers and 2 nice restaurants. It's only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.

Die Villa Ariti ist ein hübsches kleines Haus mit einem netten Garten wo zwischen Zitronenbäumen eine Hängematte zum Entspannen einlädt. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich gut sitzen. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man für die Ferienküche benötigt. Den großen Griller im Garten haben wir nicht benutzt, schaut aber sehr schön aus. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zuverlässig. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten über recht abenteuerliche Treppen zu erreichen und bietet Sonne von früh bis spät (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Der Strand ist sandig mit ganz wenig Steinen und bietet die Möglichkeit, im seichten Wasser mit Sanduntergrund zu spielen. Nach Ca. 20 Metern wird es dann tiefer und es lässt sich sehr gut schwimmen. Infrastruktur gibt es keine am Strand, das bedeutet, man muss selbst für Schirme und Matratzen sorgen. Es ist nicht viel los am Strand. Süßwasser Dusche gibt es dann vor dem Haus. Nun zu den Kritikpunkten: das Haus heizt sich extrem auf. Vor allem im westseitigen Kinderzimmer ist die Hitze kaum auszuhalten was dazu geführt hat, dass unsere Kinder, in einem Zelt am Dach bzw. im klimatisierten Wohnzimmer übernachtet haben. Der Wind, der am Strand angenehm weht, ist leider beim Haus nie spürbar. Für Hitzeempfindliche also keine Empfehlung. Die Vermieter sind extrem nett. Harry hat uns am Flughafen erwartet und um Mitternacht zu dem Haus gelotst wo uns seine Mutter erwartete und das Haus erklärte. Die Wäsche wird einmal pro Woche gewechselt. Ein Mietwagen ist ein absolutes Muss, da die Villa sehr abgelegen liegt. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt Ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Fazit: Empfehlung für Hitze resistente Familien

Wir haben ab Ende Juni zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der Villa Ariti verbracht. Das liegt ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt, der letzte Teil des Weges führt über eine unbefestigte Straße. Es gibt noch ein paar wenige weitere Ferienhäuser in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die allerdings während unseres Aufenthaltes nur teilweise bewohnt waren. Uns hat die wirklich sehr erholsame Ruhe sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt fernab vom Touristenrummel, dafür benötigt man allerdings zwingend ein Auto. Den kleinen Strand erreicht man über eine interessante Treppenkonstruktion nach kurzer Gehzeit, dort waren wir häufig allein oder mit ganz wenigen anderen Urlaubern. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und verfügt u.a. über eine Klimaanlage, die man in der heißen Jahreszeit auch benötigt. Uns haben insbesondere die beiden überdachten Terrassen und der Garten mit Hängematten gefallen. In dem Garten stehen Zitronen-, Orangen- und Feigenbäume. Wir durften uns von den Zitronen und Orangen nach Lust und Laune bedienen; deshalb gab es für uns jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Orangensaft und täglich hausgemachte Zitronenlimonade. Die Feigen waren leider noch nicht reif. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Ankunft wartete u.a. ein Kuchen sowie eine Packung Orangensaft auf uns. Die Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt, auch konnten wir die Waschmaschine benutzen. Da unser Abflug am letzten Tag erst abends war, mussten wir das Haus auch nicht -wie eigentlich vereinbart- um 11:00 Uhr verlassen, sondern durften bis 16:00 Uhr bleiben und konnten daher den letzten Tag noch am Strand verbringen. Obwohl das Haus wirklich sehr ruhig liegt, gibt es mehrere Tavernen in der Nähe und auch zwei kleine Supermärkte befinden sich in dem 10 Minuten entfernten Agios Matheos sowie weitere Tavernen. Bis zum Inselnorden bzw. Nordosten sind es zwar nur 55 Kilometer, allerdings sollte man dafür eine Fahrzeit von 1,5 Stunden einplanen. Korfu Stadt und den Inselsüden erreicht man in ca. einer 3/4 Stunde. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und möchten uns nochmals bei der sehr herzlichen Vermieterin Katarina und ihrem Sohn Harry bedanken.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch zwischen Gärten und Olivenhainen. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auf den zwei überdachten Terassen kann man auch wärmere Stunden gut verbringen. Zum nahegelegenen Strand kommt man über eine etwas abenteuerliche Treppe aus Europaletten. Der Abstieg lohnt sich aber unbedingt, denn dieser ist sandig, fast ohne Steine und wenig frequentiert. Wir haben jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück gebadet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. An den gemeinsamen Abend in Korfu Stadt blicken wir mit Freude zurück.
