The main property, which houses the original olive press, has an
open-plan dining/living room with kitchen. The first floor, which is
reached by a wooden staircase, has two twin-bedded rooms and a family
bathroom. On the upper floor is a double bedroom with en suite
bathroom. The bedrooms are air conditioned.
The ground floor of the property has been converted into a separate
annex with living area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) with
2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
