A picture of elegant simplicity in southwestern Corfu, Villa Illios is waiting for you, the perfect spot for an idyllic summer holiday.

Accommodation is split between two spaces, the main villa and the bungalow. Both interiors offer ultra-modern living with clean lines, open-plan areas and heaps of natural light. Villa Illios has been built to wonderfully high specification, using as many sustainable and environmentally friendly materials as possible.

The open plan kitchen and dining area in the main villa are fully equipped, ideal for cooking up feasts to enjoy on the outside terrace during the balmy evenings. Light woods paired with pale colour palettes mean space feels bright and breezy at any time of the day, and the living room area is fitted with a full-screen television and fireplace, in the unlikely event you need to warm up!

Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a separate WC and a stunning double bedroom with en suite. All the beds are blissfully comfortable with Coco-mat mattresses and silky soft linens. Upstairs there’s a further double en suite bedroom, separate dressing room, and a spacious and bright playroom with double sofa-bed if required.

The bungalow is small but no less elegant. Offering a double bed with ample storage and a bathroom, it’s a cosy final addition ideal for couples or the older kids that may want their own space.

Entering the villa grounds down a paved path with a small lawn either side, the villa looks welcoming and unassuming. You'll initially see the bungalow and the professional kitchen . Once you make your way around the bottom of the property though, the outside space will take your breath away. Ambient lighting lines the stone walls, glowing warmly as dusk falls. Make the most of the sunshine and top up your tan on the sunbeds.

Take a refreshing dip in the L-shaped pool, or skip (carefully) across the gleaming white stepping stones. The pool sparkles a welcoming bright blue in the heat of the midday sun. Enjoy al fresco dining on the veranda with views of the glistening ocean in the distance, or in the shade under the leafy trees by the bungalow.

Or take a moment to relax in not one but two outdoor seating areas. Enjoy cocktails before dinner at the table and chairs by the pool, curl up in the comfy cushioned wicker seating in the shade with a great book or snooze the afternoon away.

Villa Illios holds a fantastic location on the whole southwestern side of the island of Corfu, perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday where you can rest, recuperate and enjoy a slower pace of life. The villa is just steps from the charming sandy Skidi Beach. Just 400m away is Avra Beach which has facilities and a few cafes.

Halikounas Beach, one of the best in Corfu, is just five minutes away. Don’t miss a visit to the stunning Korission Lake, Corfu’s 6,000 area wetland where you’ll find more than 100 species of bird including flamingos and cormorants!

Linen, towels and pool towels included in the rental price. Changed twice per week.

Pets not allowed

In addition to 6 adults a child or infant can be accommodated. There is no charge for a cot and bedding, highchair or baby monitor (only one of each)

Flexible

Included in the rental price. Cleaning takes place twice per week (arrival and midweek, including linen change) . Additional cleaning can be requested at €80 per clean/day please book in advance.

No smoking inside the villa

€50 per day to be paid to Oliver's Travels, please request at time of booking. Temperature can only come up to 27'c. *Please always cover the pool with the provided cover at night to maintain the temperature*
