La villa VICI si trova sulla costa occidentale dell'isola di Corfù, nella regione di Chalikounas.

Può ospitare comodamente 14 persone (8 nella Villa e 4 in un primo appartamento e 2 in un secondo appartamento).  

La villa, con una superficie di 400 m2, è costruita su tre livelli e si trova su un terreno recintato di 40 aree. L'accesso è privato tramite una stradina in pietra e un cancello.

Villa VICI essendo sud - sud / ovest, si può ammirare il tramonto da una delle tante terrazze. La vista dalla terrazza di Villa VICI è di 300 ° e copre il lago Korission, la campagna boscosa della regione di Chalikounas e il mare da sud a nord.

Villa VICI si trova a 2 km dalla spiaggia di Chalikounas, la più grande spiaggia sabbiosa di Corfù. Quasi 4 km di lunghezza nella zona di Natura 2000, è molto famoso per le sue "feste" sulla spiaggia e per i suoi club di kite surf. Troverete anche taverne vicino al mare e al lago Korission.

Il villaggio di Agios Mattheos si trova a circa 4,5 km e Moraitika a 6 km. Aghios Mattheos è un tipico villaggio di montagna mentre Moraitika è una località balneare sulla costa orientale di Corfù. Troverai tutte le strutture in questi due villaggi: negozi, bar, ristoranti, noleggio auto / moto / quad, ecc.

La campagna circostante è formata da uliveti e vigneti, due viticoltori si trovano a meno di 2 km dalla Villa.

Great place to stay, nearby a wedding venue and beautiful sunsets. A little unusual decor but super handy having a bathroom for everyone and a brand new kitchen was awesome.

Schöne villa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider waren ein paar wenige Angaben auf der Homepage falsch, z.b. hieß es dass Haartrockner vorhanden sind und das war nicht der Fall. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stehts reibungslos. Der Pool war absolut spitze und wirklich sehr groß. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.

De eigenaar was zeer communicatief, flexibel en dienstverlenend. Hij reageerde adequaat op vragen/opmerkingen.Wij waren medio oktober met 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen een week in de villa. Ruimte te over (rustig ff terugtrekken bijv.), de voorzieningen prima, multifunctionaliteit groot, het zwembad, inclusief ligbedden, parasols super ( dagelijks intensief gebruikt ), grote binnenspeelruimte in basement, geweldige ligging ( uitzicht, nabij strand en groot meer ), ruime parkeermogelijkheidEnige jammere: 's ochtends wespen en rond zonsondergang kleine vliegjes ( seizoensdingetje mogelijk).We hebben een super week gehad!

Ein Traumhaus direkt am Meer – perfekter Familienurlaub!Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus auf Korfu war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist riesig, wunderschön eingerichtet und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt – es war an alles gedacht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der kindgerechten Ausstattung: Es gab jede Menge Spielsachen, sodass sich auch die Kleinen rundum wohlgefühlt haben.Die Lage ist einfach einmalig – das Haus steht völlig allein, direkt am Meer. Abends konnten wir auf dem Balkon sitzen, den Sonnenuntergang genießen und dem Meeresrauschen lauschen – pure Erholung!Wir haben schon viele Urlaube gemacht, aber so ein tolles Haus hatten wir noch nie. Es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschönes Erlebnis. Es war grossartig einen pool zu haben bei diesen heissen Temperaturen. Er wurde ausgiebig benutzt. Grosszügige Zimmer, gute Matratzen, Klimaanlage, Nasszellen, alles tip top. Ein grosser Wermutstropfen war, dass der Zugang zum Privatstrand immer noch nicht begehbar ist. Bei Problemen war immer schnell jemand Vorort. Ein tolles haus für "gross" Familienurlaub.

Amazing Villa in a brilliant location!

We stayed at Villa Vici for 10 days as an extended family of 13, and had a fantastic time! The villa is extensive with multiple levels, meaning time can be spent comfortably both together or separately. The rooms/ apartments have en suites or nearby bathrooms which is an added bonus, and the rooms are generously spaced apart (good for both late-nighters and early wake-ups!) The location of the villa is fantastic, with incredible views! It is secluded enough to give good privacy, peace and quiet, but there are good amenities nearby such as one of the local Tavernas, Alonaki Bay, which we visited multiple times through our stay and would thoroughly recommend for both food and drinks. Our contact and host, Vincent, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and was always very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. We received a comprehensive welcome pack before arrival with information about the villa, local recommendations and other useful information which was much appreciated! Overall, we all had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend staying here to others! Hope to visit again soon - thank you for a brilliant holiday!

Perfect villa by the sea

We were a group of 12 people made of 3 families with teenage kids and we spent 10 days at villa Vici end of June - beginning of July. The villa is nicely decorated, clean and spacious with enough room for everyone. The kitchen has all the modern equipment. The swimming pool is great, regularly cleaned and well maintained. The private access to the sea is difficult, but doable if you are fit. This is actually the only point for improvement for the villa facilities. We were a bit worried about potential heat wave, but the weather was mild and enjoyable during our stay with day temperatures not getting above 30 degrees. You definitely need a car to reach grocery stores or tavernas. All the good recommendations are available in the villa’s app, which was super helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay at villa Vici, highly recommended for a holiday rent if like us you are a Corfu aficionado!

Great villa for groups

We just had a lovely stay at Villa Vici. We made it down to the private beach, but it was very precarious and actually a bit rough waters that day. Pool is a great size with a good bit of grass to the side that meant the boys had somewhere to play football! The only thing is that you have to drive everywhere from the villa. It would have been nice for the teens to be able to go out on their own occasionally. But it didn’t dampen our enjoyment. We found a lovely little beach about 10 mins up the coast, with a taverna perched at the top of the steps down - Prasoudi Beach. It’s a shame there’s nowhere for guests to write their discoveries down for others to see, hence mentioning here. We also had the most amazing boat trip with Nautilus Daily Cruises Corfu. Was a huge highlight. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing villa … 4 bedrooms ( all ensuite) in main house then 2 annexes 1 , 1 bed and 1 a 2 bed. Brilliant pool with a childrens section. House has everything you need . Some great local restaurants nearby ( some do takeaway ) . Games room has lots of inflatables to use in pool . Vincent the host was always available to answer any questions. Don’t hestitate to book … u will love the villa and Corfu .

Villa with an amazing few and Pool Area

The communication with Vincent was really great. Got all the information I needed I’m advance. The house was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Comfortable, well equipped and divided. We also had a great time outside and at the pool. In the lower apartments, unfortunately, you had no wifi signal and the access to the own beach was unfortunately not accessible. This was a bit said, as it was a major point why we chose the villa. Apart from these two points, we had a really great time on Corfu. Thank you Vincent, for your trust.

Wandelen op Corfu

Een mooie.villa met een prachtig zwembad. Voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Wij waren met 9 personen, waarvan 3 stellen en 3 alleengaanden. Er was voldoende gelegenheid omkegelen terug te trekken, maar ookmvoldoende plaats op hetbterras om samen te eten.Wij hebben enkele prachtige wandelingen gemaakt op Corfu. Verder genoten van het huis en zwembad en van het strand bij Alonaki beach. Leuke strandtent. De communicatie met Vincent was zeer plezierig.

Mit 7 Freunden auf einer Insel

Wir waren eine reine männergruppe und haben nach etwas besonderem und umgeschaltet und sind auf dieses atemberaubende Anwesen gestoßen. Wir haben es sofort gefunden war ja gefühlt kaum zu übersehen. Man hat seine Ruhe und man konnte sofort nach Ankunft abschalten. Klar gibt es Kleinigkeiten an dem man jetzt meckern könnte aber für diesen Preis war die Leistung 1e klasse 👍🏽. Sehr zu empfehlen und die kontakt Freundlichkeit war aufjedenfall da. Gerade in der Coronakrise war die späte zahlungsmöglichkeit eine Option und hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Vielen Dank 🙏🏼

Wonderlijk afgelegen locatie bereikbaar via slingerende weggetjes tussen olijfboomgaarden. Prachtig zicht op weidse zee en zonsondergang. Rustgevend huis met koele ruimtes en comfort. Verfrissend breed zwembad. Praktische bbq. Leuk strand en restaurants (oa. alonaki Bay en Bioporos) in buurt.

Amazing Views and sea breexes

This house is located in a very private location with a wonderful view of the sea. We were happy to find many amenities such as ice packs, coolers, paddle balls, pool floats, card games, and many more small touches. We had plenty of room and all of the bedrooms were air conditioned and very comfortable. The sea breeze is amazing in the main house. The kitchen was very well stocked. My family and I enjoyed the pool. We had a few unfortunate events due to storms on the island, but the owners made sure they were fixed (lost internet for 3 days and pool pump failed so the pool was not accessible for a day). Aries, the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the local restaurants very much. This house is perfect for children (we had 5 with us) and larger groups with much room to spread out. I would recommend this property for anyone hoping to have a home base that is private, has great activities (pool, games...),needs a lot of space and wants an outstanding view.

Tolle Villa

Wir hatten 2 wunderbar erholsame Wochen in der Villa Vici. Die Lage ist ein Traum, direkt am Meer und ohne Nachbarn. Man kann einen Rundumblick über Insel und Meer genießen, den Sonnenauf- und -untergang. Wir waren insgesamt 16 Personen mit Kindern. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es genug Platz, um auch mal in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen. Der neue Pool ist groß, mit einer biologischen Wasseraufbereitung und einer Außendusche. Es gibt genug Tische, Stühle und Sonnenliegen. Der Weg zum kleinen Naturstrand mit Kieseln, Sand und Seegras führt die Steilküste über Treppen hinunter. Das war für alle kein Problem. Das Wasser ist kristallklar. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr und auch Kühlmöglichkeiten für eine große Gruppe. Die Küche und das ganze Haus sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Da es auf Korfu sehr heiß war, waren wir über die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sehr dankbar. Im Erdgeschoss sind eine kleine Bar und ein Tischkicker, der sehr oft genutzt wurde. Zum Einkaufen sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Auto zur Verfügung haben. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im Nachbarort und größere in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Umgebung sind, teilweise auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, mehrere sehr empfehlenswerte Tavernen. Wir haben auch mal ein Abendessen in die Villa bestellt. Zum Sandstrand südlich der Villa kommt man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch nach Korfu Stadt ist es nicht weit. Wir sind verschiedene Wege über die Insel gefahren und jeder war sehenswert. Der Inhaber und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind super hilfsbereit. Alle haben uns mit viel Informationen versorgt und waren immer erreichbar für Fragen. Die Villa wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert von der Villa, der Insel, den Griechen. Wir können einen Urlaub in der Villa Vici auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!! Vielleicht kommen auch wir mal wieder.
