“Stayed at unit number 4-firefly Ridge. Unit was perfect – only downside is parking for this unit is not level. A very small item for an overall outstanding 2 nite visit. I would definitely come here again next time I'm in the Hot Springs area.”

“The room is very clean for a reasonable price. I dont know about other rooms but mine didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them..”

“Our bed had hair in it prior to us using it. I wore my flip flops in the shower and walked out with a wad of hair (not mine) stuck to my shoe. Bathroom wall and door frame had brown spots(wall was cream color). Bathroom door did not shay shut and would open on its own and no lock to keep it shut. And then there was Jeff, a 1 1/2 inch cockroach. I have been a social worker for 26 years and never saw a roach this big! Checked out of the room this morning and was not asked how my stay was. “The room was small but clean and had very poor amenities. Over $700 for (2) nights was outrageous and comparable with a motel six at the best. There wasn't a front desk for information. Everything you needed you had to request on-line. I was in a hurry threw some clothes out of the washer thinking I could iron once in the hotel . No iron or ironing board inside the room. The tv was like a puzzle and had to buy shows to watch. No iron or ironing board. No closet for your clothes and cabinet space...
