“The rooms were quite decent. The staff was really good, especially at the principal the main pool both the Jesus bartenders and Edwardo. They were so friendly and they pour really good drinks. I think the restaurants had amazing food every restaurant that we tried basically had the best quality food, and the best part there wasn’t a lot of waiting as well.”

“GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. Now, bear with me, this is only important because of point 2) the pool is a bathtub. The water was so hot by the end of the day it was almost uncomfortable. “From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!”
