“The resort was absolutely lovely. The staff was very pleasant. We got to know one waiter in particular, Rodrigo. He looked out for us, bringing waters to make sure we were hydrated, checking on us often. The resort did forget our amenity and it was too late to get it when we asked for it so be sure to ask the first day if it’s not there.”

“This was an amazing property. I wish I had known that we couldn’t swim in the ocean at the resort due to the rip currents and extreme waves prior to making our reservation. We were able to go to the public beach (definitely recommend) it was just a short uber ride away and we were able to swim with all the fish. We had a great time regardless of that. The food was good compared to the all inclusive we stayed at last yr in Cancun”

“The staff were not helpful. We arrived early on and got our room late. We got the wrong room for what we paid for. The room was dirty and there was water leak from ceiling. The toilet was not flushing as well and sink was clogged. The hotel was not well maintained. Resort was booked for wedding over the the weekend so part of the resort was only for the weeding. The pool was dirty and not clean. The restaurants staff were friendly but the food was below average. Overall not worth the money and...
