“The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. ”

“Mixed experience overall. The pool was nice, but the beach was the highlight—clear water and great snorkeling right off shore. Food was the biggest downside. The buffet closed at 12 pm daily, which limited options, and even basic meals often lacked common meats like beef or chicken. Most of the included food was underwhelming. Ottimo il servizio di navette per muoversi all’interno del resort. Tantissime piscine con vista sull’oceano. Camere ampie, pulite, con balcone vista faraglioni. Un soggiorno molto rilassante.”
