“The property was undergoing some renovation. The elevators were new and going through some growing pains. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about the Westin Cincinnati.”

“They have issues with getting rooms ready by 4 PM check in. This is my first and last time I will ever stay there. I checked at 1:30 PM to see if my room was ready and it wasn’t, dropped my stuff off came back at 3 PM and still not ready, had to point out to them it was 3:54 PM since they want to say check in is not till 4 PM that’s when they decided to move my room.
