“When you stay at a boutique hotel there are different expectations a guest must have. The Symphony Hotel offers a comfortable bed, but a close living space. The room is furnished in an antique motif, with a mini-fridge, a Firestick TV, and that's nice but you really can't move freely in a room that compact (one chair, no desk). “The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
