“I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.”

The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! “Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“Everything was Clean and well kept! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Only complaint we have, was this is the only hotel we have ever stayed in where you could hear people walking (stomping) around in the room above you! Other than that nice hotel!”

“Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.”

I went in to check if we could get checked in early, the lady at the front said the room wasn’t ready and to give her my number and she would call once the room became available. “Over all the stay was good. Staff was helpful upon check in and even allowed for early check in. Room wasn’t to bad. Spacious but could have been cleaner. Our only issue came when the pool was closed for maintenance- which is fine but I wish they would have told us upon checking as it was a more deciding factor for us when booking.
