“Der Aufenthalt in Playa Negra Guesthouse war sehr erholsam. Sobald man das Gelände betritt, ist man fasziniert von dem gepflegten Garten und der Vielfalt an Tieren. Wir hatten das Glück ca. 2 m von unserer Terrasse ein Faultier zu beobachten, wie es vom Baum herunterklettert. Beide Gastgeber waren herzlich und sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Strand Playa Negra liegt direkt gegenüber dem Grundstück. Pura vida.”

“My partner and I (LGBTQ community) stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time! It was our anniversary and the staff helped me arrange a special cake from De Gustibus waiting in our room upon our arrival! It was so very special for us. The hotel was very walkable to the central part of Puerto Viejo and also very quiet neighborhood with it tucked back a bit. We did get woken up pretty early (5:30am) a few days of our stay because they serve breakfast starting at 7am and with it being designed...

“Beautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach. It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain. Staff communicates everything you need to know and is very friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. The pool is beautiful and clean. The bar is spacious and it seems there is something for everyone, even the kiddos. Our double twin room was spacious and clean. I only wish it had a bedside...
