“This hotel is clean, minimalistic and modern. My issues with the hotel are small and should not deter from the overall experience. Issue 1 - the buttons for the elevator are strangely placed at the side of the door not on the front panel where there is a button but does not work. The front desk should mention that rather than have guests go back and ask. Or put a sign on the elevator. The luggage carts are awkward. the base where you put your luggage is shaped in a "V". It was not big enough...

“Hallways have not air/c making feel unpleasant the passage to rooms, ice machine out of service(ever) on the floors. Breakfast very limited with not many options.”

“This hotel is beyond exceptional! The staff, and all accommodations were absolutely perfect. This could not have been a more pleasant experience. One of your regional managers was on location during our stay and what a wonderful woman! I own two businesses, and I just want to say that from the executives all the way down to the kitchen staff and the housekeepers, this couldn’t have been a more organized, trained group of professionals. Don’t ever lose the personal touch!”
