“The condo was very nice, check in went smoothly and staff was friendly. Pool area looked nice, whole complex looked nice. Cons: 1-don't pay thru Expedia, it was a mess and total invoice shown in Expedia was almost twice what condo company actually charged. 2-condo bathroom was on second floor 3-pictures don't show large rock retaining wall along beach. We could see ocean, but to access small beach, you have to use one of the access points. Beach was disappointing and that's really what we went...

“spotless! i will be staying again”

“Neat & clean, but if you have an after hours emergency (like locked out), you might be on your own. I realized I forgot my thermal coffee mug 5 mins after check out (was still in the parking of the property), but the codes had been disabled and the after hours (7:20AM) helpline was useless - they recommended I wait till 9AM when the office open. Wait where? I had checked out & it was 35 degrees outside.”

“Had wonderful experience, room was nice with large balcony, great location to easily walk to the beach across the street as well as restaurants and shops. Beach chairs and bikes provided. ”

“Staff (minimal as it is) was very polite and helpful. Overall, the facility was nice, quite industrial, practical. The noises of the city were quite aggravating -- waste bins banging against each other (by people or trucks) were annoying; the screaming motorcycles were way too much. Several cars were also very noisy but nothing close to the motorcycles. The walk to our "apartment" was excessive -- especially when you have to load your own cart and push it all to the room. We aren't likely...

“Great property very nice location ”

“The studio was clean, bed was comfortable. Location was very convenient and we felt safe. The only problem was either the church bell or the clock tower nearby was ringing the bell every 15 mins from 9 am to 7 pm. The noise was pretty annoying. On top of that some other loud noise started on our second day.Throughout the day it was like having a helicopter or a washing machine running on top of our unit which made it impossible for us to sleep. “It was a nice stay overall. We were hearing a child running through the ceilings which made our stay more interesting.”

“Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. ”

“What a beautiful house! It is obviously very old, but updated quite nicely. And it was so nice for almost every room to have its own bathroom. It is also a great central location - a short walk one way to the river and a short walk the other way towards Forsythe Park. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again!”

“My sister and I came the weekend before Thanksgiving to see our 96 year old mother since neither of us could come on the actual holiday. The owners were very good about communicating the arrival and departure procedures. The cottage was very cute and comfortable. The outside was nice with a fire pit and dock you could walk down to. I would highly recommend this cottage, and we would definitely stay there again!!”
