Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. “I was a little bummed this time around. I’ve stayed here every time I’ve come to Savannah. First time though in a 2 bedroom. Sad the windows faced the alley. My room was next to the elevator. Obviously meant lots of noise throughout the day and night. Walls very thin. I must’ve been near a business because I could hear people’s names being called for their order in my bedroom. “Nolic quiet area. The house was very spacious. I didn't realize kitchen was upstairs. Mostly stayed downstairs and put younger couple upstairs. ”

“Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. ”
