“Very clean, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Grocery store nearby, 25 min drive to downtown Savannah. Can be tough to find, can’t see the house number from the street so look for sign for the correct parking lot and need to walk between the houses to find the right one. Need to furnish your own dishwasher and laundry soap. ”

“Pay close attention to the view you are getting! The first photo for the property (gorgeous beachfront balcony) is most likely not your condo, which is deceptive. This unit should not be described as "ocean view" when the property is on a bay. There are literally signs on property calling it a "bay view". Because of this, we assumed we would be on the ocean, but the waves were non-existent and the beach was not as good as an ocean side. More people were using the pool. It was humid and sticky...

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, on a quiet street, had plenty of room, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We love to cook on vacation so it was perfect. The location also was perfect. About 10 minutes from downtown, a quick ride to Tybee island, and a convenient Walmart and Publix right down the road. The neighbors we met were also really nice. We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Savannah. Many thanks to our hosts!”

“The property was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. Parked in one of the garages for two days the cost was about $30 for two days which was wonderful. The property was clean and quiet for sleeping bed very comfortable would’ve like a real coffee pot, but it worked would definitely stay here again.”

The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.”

“Super ruhiger Strand”

“What a beautiful house! It is obviously very old, but updated quite nicely. And it was so nice for almost every room to have its own bathroom. It is also a great central location - a short walk one way to the river and a short walk the other way towards Forsythe Park. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again!”
