“The property is everything it shows in the pictures. Everything we needed was included. Only thing I would suggest is a small step stool for little ones needing to wash hands at sink but we managed. We all relaxed and enjoyed our time in Tybee. It’s within walking distance to the restaurants and the pier even for a young child the walk was manageable.”

“This was such a beautiful space to land to meet up with an old friend. It was so quiet! The King and Prince resort does not disappoint. I have been here many times and it is ALWAYS a great time. The pool, beach and restaurant are some of the best on the island. This condo was laid out well. They view from the balcony was private and peaceful. Check - in was wasy peasy and hosts very responsive. Hope to book here again in the future. ”

“We turned a trip for a wedding into a two week vacation. We have stayed in Queens Grant before, first time at this villa. The location is great! Mid-island, so easy to drive anywhere on the island. An easy walk to the General Store and to the beach. The villa was very comfortable. As we traveled by air, we so appreciated Telie providing beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and bikes; as well as many unexpected little extras. We saw deer and a blue heron in the back yard. Nice quiet...

“The Host was wonderful and extremely courteous. The house if beautiful and brings the southern charm for the area right to you. Everything is close and within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again. Be respectful that it is an active farm, it adds to the charm but be respectful of that amd you'll have zero issues.”
