“Everything was good enough. When checking in, the front desk staff was away and it took more than 7mins for someone to come and check us in. This was the same when checking out. The front desk staff was taking a smoke break when 2 people other than myself were at the desk waiting to check out. My husband informed them people were there waiting to at the desk. Since people were already waiting, we placed our luggage in the car. I walked passed the staff to go back in to check out and waited 5...
