“I stayed for a few days in wintry January. The room (facing Pownal, 3rd floor) was a clean and cozy refuge from the weather. There was a thermostat I could adjust when it was especially cold and windy outside. The staff were all lovely and every morning I enjoyed complementary coffee available downstairs. “Overall our experience was excellent. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the shower handle breaking in our room but when I went to the front desk to explain what happened, the agent was incredibly understanding and quick to assist, which we really appreciated.
