“carpet could use a cleaning, washer and dryer could be better. Location is excellent, band was a little loud. Close to the grocery and shopping. Skiers would be better in the south village.”

“Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room...

“Staff were amazing they were one of the best pets of our stay super accommodating and helpful with questions regarding checkout parking and the pool. The pool is amazing you have a view of the slopes and gondola. And you can walk ski or bike right down to the upper village directly from the hotel. The views are incredible we had a balcony overlooking the forest and mountains I will absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in whistler I can’t reccomend it enough!”
