“An excellent property right in the heart of Whistler village.”

“Great location for any mountain activities or even wandering the village. Hotel & rooms are clean and roomy, albeit they could use some updating. Staff are awesome and there is ample parking under the hotel. Would definitely stay there again..!”

“The property is good and is in the middle of the whistler village but it needs renovation, the tv remote had to be banged, the ceiling were full of dust and dirt and also no matter or coffee inside rooms and everything charged and expensive.”

“Tutto perfetto. Ragazzi reception gentilissimi. Pulizia ottima. Posizione splendida. Possibilità di parcheggio privato comodo un po’ costoso. Materassi e letti comodi. Ma per un aspetto non ho dato il massimo: non si può avere in un bel hotel vasca da bagno con tenda e poi per le mani un dispenser da supermercato. Inoltre il miscelatore doccia pessimo. Questo mi ha portato ad abbassare il voto da ottimo a buono. ”

“Enjoyed the nice cold pool! Could use the pool towels at the pool though, instead of at front desk. Would definitely stay again!”

“Front desk staff were not rude but not friendly either. Only spoke when spoken to and did not feel welcomed. Cinnamon Bear servers were lovely. Our initial room had a dying light bulb and when addressed to the receptionist they did not offer a new room, instead suggested a mechanic to come but not until the next day which we were only there for a two night stay. Hotel itself is decent but for a Hilton hotel, did not impress me”
