Hotel romantici a Costa di Vancouver

“Very helpful staff for the first time in Vancouver, clean, excellent service. ”

“The hotel is very busy at check out time so I followed instructions for fast check out in my room. Since the hotel does not email to you receipt I asked at the hotel reception if I could have copy of the receipt. They told me they could not print because i booked through expedia, however since the Hotel swiped my credit card at the check in for deposit, the print of the receipt should have been provided at the check out regardless. This is expected service from a 4 star hotel ”

“The property is really special, love that the lake activities were included. The rooms were really well appointed and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back for another visit!”
