“Everything was great. The new lift system sucks but they are working on fixing one lift. The only thing. There were 2 aircons in the room/lounge and they only work if you set them both to the same setting. Its odd and slightly annoying. ”

“We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort.”
