“We stayed for 2 nights and the team were amazing the only issue we had was the restaurants were not open so we had to make do with the cafe food and the 2nd night we ordered uber eats ... team were great. place was great .room was great. Shuttle bus anywhere was quick sticks ... an amazing adventure minus the food situation ”

“Perfect stay..relaxing, wonderful views, close to everything, restaurant on premises, Zoo at the doorstep, delicious breakfast included & fantastic sanctuary tour just for hotel guests.”

“Seems to attract a certain crowd as when I walked in, music was VERY LOUDLY being played and it was already 9pm. Did not make me feel safe at all. Rooms were quite messy and just so badly designed. Staff doesn't explain much and doesn't tell you theyre charging you a deposit before doing so. With the amount you are paying, there are so many more convenient and better hostels.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.”

“Well equipped if you wanted to stay in and cook. And having a dishwasher and washing machine was great! My room was a bit dated but of a reasonable size. My bathroom would benefit from a cosmetic upgrade but the shower was powerful and the water always hot.”
