“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“Room was clean, staff pleasant and parking was easy. However we were told there was a la carte breakfast every morning (not included in our rate). We planned to have this, and were even shown a menu on check in. However we were very disappointed to find that there was no breakfast the next morning, or the next.”

“Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

“Very clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool and pool area was VERY clean and well maintained!! Spent all day by the pool,, appreciated the umbrella tables and chairs for our picnic lunch. Only issue was lighting in hallways was dim, energy saver bulbs not bright enough. Will return again next summer!”

“Hotel is under major renovations and does not disclose this! Hotel emailed me the morning of my check-in date to tell me that the 2 bedroom suite I had reserved months in advance was not available. The morning I was to check in is when they email me to tell me this news as I'm on an airplane traveling across the country about to arrive. The rate being charged in no way reflected the major renovations going on. Hallways, elevators, lobby, breakfast area all under renovation. We went elsewhere....

“The room had plenty of room and even a full kitchen although I didn't cook. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've as slept in in a long time. There were many choices at breakfast, but even though I got there soon after it opened, the food was luke warm. The oatmeal was watery. The cream cheese was sitting in water not ice, so I didn't dare try it. Didn't want to get sick.”

“The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious. The breakfast was absolutely killer. 10/10. The gym had a great assortment of equipment. The indoor pool was great. The location was perfect. You didn't hear traffic all night, but you could still get to anything you needed within 5/10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in the area.”

“This hotel was amazing! And very undersold. I loved everything about this hotel. You drive up to what looks like a stately castle. Gorgeous clean hotel with the most beautiful grounds. There is a large pond and park on the grounds in front of the hotel with Lilly pads in the pond and the most serene setting to sit and relax and read.
