“The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The gentleman managing the property was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out before our conference was over, and he kindly let us leave our car parked there for the rest of the day at no extra charge—and we didn’t even have to move it. I highly recommend this place to stay. It was about half the price of most other hotels in the area, yet the rooms were twice as large. Most importantly, they were very clean, comfortable, and welcoming.”

“The owner is super nice and you notice a big difference between staying at a corporate owned hotel.The property is lined with lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowers which he takes very well care of. Everything is very clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! Nice also to park right in front of your room.”

“I didn't like the A/C heater that my husband had to turn on bec he felt cold. Everytime it was on made a very loud noise that my husband could not sleep. About 3 am he phoned the front desk and told him to listen at the noise and said something more which I didn't hear. Eventually I had to turned off A/C and I gave him my sheet to cover him. My husband is a light sleeper.”

“When I got there I check in The room I got was dirty bed wss not made , old flowers and cans of beers We were so tired just wanted to go to our suite and rest”

“Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO...

“It’s a gorgeous setting around the pool and jacuzzi. A paradise with the palms and flowers. It’s a tiny bit run down. Needs new chairs at pool. The staff is amazing- room service, so helpful in many ways! Nice to have a restaurant on site! Price is great. Felt very safe as a single woman. Always stay there when I’m in town.”

“The staff was great. But the entire building needs a renovation. There was this very strong artificial floral scent in the hallways and lobby. Please stop using that awful air freshener. The location can’t be beat. Ask for a room not facing the Caltrain tracks if you are a light sleeper.”
