“Everything was accurate with the listing and we found the property and cabin to be very peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the deck early morning and evening was wonderful. Cabin was very comfortable roomy and clean.”

“Place is decent for a small group. We traveled with 5 adults. Beds upstairs were good. Downstairs pull out was uncomfortable. There is a 50 HOA “parking fee” to get into the property. This is communicated after booking but not before. A little ridiculous because you do not receive anything for this additional cost. It was a good house for our purpose. “I don’t recommend this house at this time. It feels like no one has been inside the property for a year. It has dusty, breaking down furniture, dirty make-up wipes on the night stands, spiders in the corners, trash in the backyard, and more. Not to mention the host does not turn on VRBO notifications so you must give our your personal number or call the VRBO assist line to get help. My group all voted to leave early because it just was not worth staying at. Until this property get some updates,...

“Fine two story structure in Pine Mountain subdivision near Groveland, CA. Staff provided nice accommodations and it was relatively near Yosemite. ”

“Was everything as advertised. There was some unpleasant odor in kitchen/ living room area that we had to buy air freshener to deal with, but the owners didn’t know about it and tried to rectify. All in all it was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Wound definitely recommend.”

“Our family stayed here for my son's destination wedding at Glacier Point in Yosemite. The house was absolutely perfect for family to gather on the huge deck & relax. We enjoyed amazing night sky star gazing off the porch at night, breakfast & coffee in the morning & a few lunch breaks between wedding activities & hiking. Three of us stayed & had plenty of room. The house has absolutely everything you need. There's plenty of space to gather inside or out & everyone has a nice room to themselves...
