“I have never been a fan of bed and breakfast places but this place can make you a believer! Location, location, location; can easily walk to historic district. The best feature of this Inn is the gourmet breakfast; we got a different delicious breakfast every day. This historic house is a well maintained beauty that you’ll love!”

“Large rooms”

“Staff was very pleasant. Roof top bar and restaurant Bar well stocked . Food wad good . convenient location close to JMU , 81 , shopping and restaurants . ”

“Though there are so many other hotels in the area much more popular by name, this is my favorite one. Not talking about the top hotels in the area with very high price range, but between all mid standard hotels, this is the best. Location wise very convenient, has enough parking space, pretty clean hotel. Stuffs are helpful. Has to mention one specific one, most probably his name was Mariano. He made our trip a remarkably one. At night helped us with few things we forgot to bring, in the morning...

“We were there for a night. It was convenient for JMU. We didn’t grab breakfast because we didn’t have time. Did go to 7 Brew not even 5 minutes away. ”

“It was super nice to have a full sizer fridge and stovetop/microwave in our room. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Can’t ask for much more than that. They don’t offer breakfast in the mornings. ”

“Air conditioner was very loud and took awhile to cool room. Otherwise clean and comfortable. ”

“Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room AC filters were filthy Room was dirty and full of dust Sheets didn't smell fresh at all The room had a musty muggy smell mixing with cigarette smoke smell. ”

“This is an old hotel and very basic. That said, the room was clean. The bathroom/shower was great. Breakfast was fine.”

“Convenient and clean”

“This hotel was advertised as having an EV charger - they had one, but it didn't work, they said they had been trying to fix it, but couldn't figure out how and then didn't offer an accommodation on the price they charged. When we got to the room, it had deferred maintenance - missing towel hooks, leaky shower, etc. They aren't keeping this place up at all.”

“Suite was huge. Dishwasher, full refrigerator, indoor pool. Pet fee was a little expensive, but a nice hotel.”

“One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.”

“The only drawback to this affordable motel was the fact you had to walk to the neighboring motel to get breakfast. Otherwise, this motel was clean, affordable and close to the highways and restaurants”
