The best feature of this Inn is the gourmet breakfast; we got a different delicious breakfast every day. This historic house is a well maintained beauty that you’ll love!”

“The bar and restaurant were closed forcing us to DoorDash or go elsewhere. Would have great if they had a hot tub or if the pool was heated.”

“We had a fantastic experience at the Hyatt Place Harrisonburg! The **location is awesome** and incredibly convenient. Our room was **spacious, exceptionally clean**, and featured a **great mountain view** that was wonderful to wake up to each morning. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area—we would definitely stay here again!”

“Clarion Pointe Harrisonburg, Va was a good value for cost. Breakfast was good and as expected. Staff at check in was awesome!! Room pulled in a lot of road noise but construction out front probably contributed. One issue in our room- shower water very hot and valve would not adjust it. Property was clean in public areas and our room. Good location for us. Would recommend based on expectation for cost. Ton of dining options in area too”

“Everything about this facility seems like a more expensive place - business center, exercise room, full breakfast, bright, modern color scheme. Our room was spacious, included microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, closet. There are extra touches like cookies at the check-in counter, popcorn in the afternoon lobby. The motel is in the midst of other motels, close to a zillion restaurants. Even Costco is only a few blocks away. A great stay for a modest price.”

“The check-in staff was not overly friendly. We were also put in the first room off the office and could walk directly into the lobby - not ideal. The lobby and our bathroom smelled strongly of industrial cleaner. Not bad otherwise.”

“Went for a JMU graduation. The front was nice as well as the lobby, until you checked in. The front desk associate was rude and seemed like didn’t want to be there. The nice thing was that the clerk was wearing gold and purple uniform, however when the customer behind me commented on the clerks attire, the clerk said “yea, I hate JMU, they are making me wear this” In addition, the shower/tub didn’t have warm water, it was either cold or hot but once you tried to make the water warm, it...

“When staying in a room. You really dont want to stay beside so.eone that lives there permanently. And sits beside your vehicle spray painting his electric scooter. Rooms smelt very musty and like cigarettes.”

“Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but waited only an hour. Room very clean. Breakfast was a few bars, some yogurt and coffee. Few pkgs of hard boiled eggs. And commercial muffins wrapped… same as you’d get from a vending machine. The check in person was new and had difficulty at check in but she had a nice friendly attitude …. Eventually got us a clean room.”
