2 Bedroom Townhouse Next to Golf
Summary:
Welcome to One Thirty Four. Our space is designed with one purpose in mind: relaxation.
While this two-bedroom, split-level townhouse is centrally located just 400 metres from the beach, and an easy stroll to the main street of Cowes, once inside it feels like you’re miles from everywhere.
This townhouse is 1 of 8 townhouses at the same location, located on the far left side of the building, with only one neighbouring house.
The Space:
The townhouse sleeps 5, with a bathroom, 2 powder rooms and a small laundry with washer, dryer and laundry trough.
There are stairs from the entry level down to the main living / powder room / kitchen / dining area. Stairs again from the entry to the master, bathroom / laundry and second bedroom.
A full kitchen - oven, cooktop, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher - as well as both indoor and outdoor dining areas, with a barbecue.
A lounge room space with large screen TV (featuring Netflix and a chrome cast), a range of arm chairs, sofa and a lovely reading chair with light.
All in-home linen supplied. BYO beach towels.
Pet’s are welcome, water and food bowls provided - please read the finer details below.
The Outdoor Spaces
There is a fully fenced courtyard with a BBQ, bar table dining setting and umbrella for your private use. The bamboo screening allows you to leave the screen door open will still enjoying the view and your privacy.
There is also a shared grass garden area with clothes line and a private gate directly onto the golf course - read the finer details below.
Guest Access:
Guest have access through a Smart lock on the door
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome to join you for your stay, but we do ask that you keep them off the furniture and beds and where reasonable, limited access to the carpet. The courtyard is fenced and any mess will need to be cleaned prior to leaving. Please be very mindful of neighbours, the wildlife and the golfers!
If you use the umbrella in the courtyard please be careful of the wind and store it back in the garage upon leaving.
The Golf Course. We look straight down hole 6. It is directly accessible from a private gate in the communal area - key can be provided on request. More details on the Phillip Island Golf Club include Public Bookings available at their website.
Wildlife. We do see a lot of wildlife from the courtyard. Ducks, Island Geese, wallabies, kookaburras and more, we ask that you do not feed them and keep a respectful distance.
Split System. Cooling and Heating are available in the main kitchen/living area plus the bedrooms, including Pedal Fans.
If you want to stay active during your holiday, in partnership with Phillip Island Gym we are offering 30% on Casual and Week Passes. Use our code on request.
For a quick wash/dry of clothes, we offer 15% discount at Phillip Island Laundromat. Code on Request.
