There were only a couple of things that went wrong, the TV kept disconnecting from the internet and would not work on WiFI, I had no hot water for one day without notice, and the shower head was leaking from where the hose connecs to the shower head and the glass door didn't close properly.”

“Quest Palmerston is an amazing place to stay (especially if you have a dog). The rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the location is close to everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The stand out is the level of care the staff give their guests. Not only was I able to extend multiple times and requested late check out, nothing was a problem for them.
