Hotel a Wagait Beach

“The TV did not work. Paused all of the time making watching free to air TV unwatchable. All other things worked and were clean. Staff were excellent.”

“Accommodation was good. No room service available. You have to leave your room to pick up meals. Buffet breakfast was just ok.”

“Quite old hotel and room, with carpet floors. Location right on the beachfront with scenic pool. Hotel connected to casino. In the morning you are obliged to have breakfast at hotel (20$ for continental), as no other options around. Need a taxi to reach city centre. Will probably choose other option next time”

“check in was long and no signage to inform guests that you can self check in with the electronic kiosks, meal in the restaurant was horrible and refund provided, Mecure rooms are very noisy and hear everything and everyone in the walkways.”

“Nice close location for late night arrival, but if you grab a taxi or Uber, worth the drive to head a little further and stay wherever you want to start from the next day. We slept well and all was OK, but facilities are a little tired and the shuttle had limited capacity and had to do multiple trips to collect everyone needing to get to the motel. No handy brekky places near motel so if you miss booking brekky by 11pm night before, there are no walkable options for brekky next morning. Was a...

“2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。 設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。 しかしながら、部屋でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。 その後フロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。”

“The hotel is central and close to shops, restaurants and pubs. It's also very close to the Esplanade which was lovely for an evening (or morning) stroll. Also nearby is the tourist information center. I had an enjoyable stay. ”

“My husband arrived here and they couldn’t stay because it was terrible. He had to rebook at another place and now we are waiting for a refund through Expedia. A window was taped up with gaff. There was no parking onsite. There was rotted timber under the window.”

“Although the room had no windows, it was clean and sufficient for my needs. The bed was comfy. Location excellent to walk to bus station, esplanade, mall etc. Full fridge/freezer in the room. Overall i would book again”
