“Desk staff were friendly enough but were not expecting me and had no interest in my confirmation number. They asked if we booked through Expedia, but seemed unfamiliar with Orbitz. But they honored the reservation and the price and asked us to sit down (presumably while they get a room ready). The bed is nice and firm and has a real mattress of an Asian variety.
