“Fire hazard: multiple permanent power strips tucked into corners. bed pillows were the size of couch pillows. the remote turned the TV on but not off (the remote only worked to turn the TV on, access settings, etc., but changing the channel was not possible. The bed was comfortable, food was good, the deadbolt unlocks with the normal door lock which defeats the purpose of it. Staff could hardly speak English, which isn’t an issue but this proved troublesome when communicating my email and...

“Room was decent. Total cost of booking two rooms and early check in fee was supposed to be $216.66. they charged my card multiple times causing a $324 extra hold on my card which took money out of my bank account. i came from out of town for my daughters birthday and the money that i was going to use for my daughters birthday was put on hold and not accessible which all plans for my daughters birthday were ruined. Definitely will not recommend this hotel.”
