“Very nice location, and what a pleasant young lady at the front desk at the time we checked in. Location is right off Interstate 85, great location as well as plenty of self parking. Rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. Will be booking rooms with Tru going forward. Thanks!”

“When I travel I love to stay at historic locations, this one did not disappoint. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful. The Barrister's restaurant was exceptional and so were the staff. Gourmet meals with southern flare, and great cocktails. A simple breakfast and coffee are provided each morning, except for Sunday. “Staff was super friendly the second we walked into the door. We felt very welcome and everything was very clean. Any questions we had were answered promptly and nicely. The morning breakfast they have for guests is wonderful as a parent tired from a long trip with 2 yoynf children. The kids loved making their own wagfles and choosing what they wanted to eat.”

“The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. “We had a wonderful one night stay here before a early flight the next day. My husband overheats regularly and this was the first hotel we stayed in where the air-conditioning was working well! We travel alot and we have an issue with the ac never working in the room like it should and this one was excellent! We will not hesitate to stay here again”
