“The room was a good size. The pillow cases had marks/stains on them so slept in the other double bed. The tv wasn’t working, and shower was very small. The wardrobe was decent size but if your staying a few days to a week more hangers for you clothes would’ve been better. My room was on the top floor which was around 2-3 flights of stairs so carrying my suitcase up those was tough, there was a lift but wasn’t working.”

“Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms were decently sized, and we had very little disturbance and noise. Beds were comfy and clean.
We paid extra for breakfast which was decent and worth the money (a hot breakfast which is brought to your table and cereal, pastries and hot drinks that you can get yourself). Great location for the quay and old town, with shops, restaurants, pubs and many boat trips nearby.
If we were to return to the area we would come back here. ”

Family room was very big. Although a little tired looking was absolutely fine for our stay.
Would definitly recommend and would stay again.

“Great hotel, lovely staff. Hotel is located 1.5miles from the pier which is quite far for a walk however this is the only downside. There is a nice beach near the hotel. Room was nice and service was excellent. Thank you!”

The staff were outstanding and very accommodating.The rooms were spotless and quiet. Breakfast was spot on.All in all a top class stay. “All’arrivo, in tarda serata, pur essendo stati avvisati, ci hanno spostati in altra struttura limitrofa, scusandosi per il disguido dovuto ad un improvviso temporale che aveva allagato il nostro bagno.
Non si sono preoccupati di offrire il taxi.
L’ultimo giorno ci hanno offerto la colazione a buffet.
Nonostante ciò la camera assegnata al quarto piano era scomoda da raggiungere a causa di scale ripide e senza ascensore .(era fuori servizio )”
