The bright and airy upper level features an open concept living area with a large rock gas fireplace and kitchen, which is well stocked and ready for you to prepare a wonderful meal! You'll love spending your mornings or evenings on the beautiful deck sipping your favorite beverage or watching the local wildlife!

This home is perfect for multiple families or groups of friends, allowing ample space for everyone. The main-level bedroom has an ensuite bath with a steam shower. The entertainment area downstairs offers a ping-pong table and kitchenette. You will also find the second bedroom and a full bath on the basement level. The third bedroom walks out onto the patio with access to the circular drive. For your convenience, the home also has a washer and dryer and is well-stocked with everything you should need during your Colorado mountain vacation!

This home is dog-friendly, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. The pet fee is $40 per day and a maximum of $250 per stay.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount.
In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
