Whether preparing a casual breakfast or a whole family dinner, this space is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The home’s interior design blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering warm, welcoming spaces to unwind after a day of adventure.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout offers comfortable accommodations for everyone. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed—ideal for kids, friends, or additional guests with a shared hall bathroom.

•Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

****ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID-STAY CLEAN. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense***

Wonderful property

Very clean property. We really enjoyed the back porch. Easy access and close to town. We rode our side by sides from the house to the trails and also down to the river.
