“the only problem I had was the bed was a bit on the overly firm side. everything else was great, it’s usually our go-to spot when we go on roadtrip!”

“It was very loud and the rooms were not very clean. They had a weird smell. The staff however was phenomenal. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt unsafe as I was traveling with a toddler. What I read about the place was not what I got. I wouldn’t stay say it might be good for workers (male). I put a lot of stuff in front of my door to try to make it more secure.”

“I'd say I got what a payed for, it was just for a place to stay for a few nights with the basics like a bed, bathroom, fridge, and Tv. It's a little shabby and the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.”

“Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!”

“There was human and pet hair on the beds and the staff put us in a different room which was way dirtier and we requested a refund but they didn’t allow it.”

“This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we love it. It is close to the highway and to stores. The building is new and the room is great--comfortable mattress, great couch, very nice kitchenette with everything you could need, and a refrigerator that's larger than what you find in most hotels.”

“Clean, spacious, and full size fridge. We had a full kitchen, but no pots pans or utensils. I guess maybe I should’ve asked the front desk but just figured they didn’t have any and I was supposed to bring my own. They also had a very limited channel selection on the TV. I know most people use streaming services, but sometimes it’s nice to just watch TV.”

“This Fairfield location is not only clean but the service is first rate. The breakfast was a cut above. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone for a brief or extended stay.”

“This hotel is in an excellent location if you're attending an event at the Ford Center. It's directly across the street and within walking distance. However, the property is absolutely disgusting. The front desk and front lobby area smelled fine upon arrival and was clean. The elevator looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in some time. Our room was even worse. The LVP floors were covered in dirt, hair from previous guests, debris along the floor molding and all over the floors, there was a...

“Facility was not in good repair. Door to bathroom had a hinge with loose screws, so it did not shut easily. Storm caused water penetration to room. Staff were helpful with water issue, and were on ladders repairing windows next day. Always like LaQuinta breakfast.”

“It looks like many of the guests were people in town to do temporary work. Each night there were about 5-10 people drinking beer in the parking lot next to their trucks. Also it rained and the drain for the parking lot must have been clogged. We had to walk out to our car in 4 inches of water. No one was fixing the issue and when we checked out no one said anything to us about it, we didn’t even get a thank you for staying with us. “Rooms were very dirty. The first room had such a strong pet odor (like a cat litterbox or dog kennel). The staff was helpful in finding an alternate room, but the alternate was not very clean either. The bathroom faucet would not drain, there were used soaps bars in bathroom, and there was hair in bed sheets. The bedding did not appear to be washed. I endured the night but woke up with allergies, presumably from pet hair. I won’t try Motel 6 again anytime soon.”
