“Hotel canceled our room at 10 pm and moved us hotels without consulting us”

“Not even an ice maker here. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t even get clean sheets, clean towels or body wash. A complete waste of money”

“I stayed at this property a couple times last year and it was immaculate. Now a year later the room I was given had a horrible odor like a mixture of something dead and alcohol. I immediately let front desk know and got another room. The next room was okay but better but seemed as if a deep cleaning was not done but bearable. I kept the bathroom open for no reason being I was the only person in the room. When I got up this morning to take a shower and close the bathroom door halfway I noticed on...

“We thought this was a nice hotel for a reasonable price. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the large pool and hot tub! Breakfast was good, very average though, and got a little boring after a few days. Nice location, not very difficult to get to, with lots of things nearby. Helpful staff too.”
