“The amenities were great they had an indoor pool a hot tub and a nice exercise room. In addition the rooms were excellent and very clean, and the staff was extremely professional, and customer oriented; and we were extremely pleased with our entire stay, and thus the five stars.”

“My family and I had a nice stay. We really enjoyed the hotel and setup. We will most likely be back in the future. Our favorite part was their breakfast. There is a little bit of a variety which is nice. Even my picky eaters in my family found something they liked. Which in turn helped us from having to spend extra money eating out. All of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our room was clean. The entire hotel was kept cleaned.”

“Our room smelled like a restaurant kitchen fryer. There was stuff all under the floor including a broken off false fingernail. We complained, and they offered to clean the floors, but not switch rooms. The fingernail was gone upon our return, but the floor still had visible stuff all over. It appeared to be rice and crumbs. We were stuck with the smell and were disgusted by the entire stay. If we hadn't gotten back from our concert after 11pm, we would have considered trying to find a new place.”

“Staff at check greeted me well and had a positive attitude. The room was well cleaned and bathroom was spotless. Only downfall was WiFi tends to be a bit slower than using personal data or 4G/LTE. However, convenient location to great shopping and restaurants.”

“The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and included nice amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator, which made our stay more convenient. The indoor pool and spa were a nice feature, but the pool area was extremely humid during our visit. The staff explained that the air conditioning was currently being repaired, so hopefully that issue will be resolved soon. The only small amenity I missed was a...
