Hotel a Crescent

“Let me say this is a very unique place to stay. The building is quite beautiful and elegant. My room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. While I was there i wasn't disturbed at all by any noise inside or out. The price seemed very reasonable. I did have two items I did not like, the towels were very coarse and not soft and I did not find the bed comfortable (I think I should say I have a gel memory foam bed at home so other's might not share my opinion on the bed). “The front desk staff was rude, and our shower in the room only hot steeming hot water. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet front that was deteriorating the cabinet.”

“We hadn’t stayed there in a long time and stayed last night. They filled in the pool with concrete. Room curtains don’t block out the light at all at night. They are sheer and clear in places. There is no milk at breakfast. The staff said they were out. We won’t be back.”

“The room was clean and adequate. There was a mini fridge, microwave and k-pod coffee maker which were all nice amenities to have. There was a walk in shower instead of a tub which was also nice. There was plenty of parking. The staff was pleasant. They made up our room each day which was unexpected in this day and age so that was an added bonus. I did not eat the free breakfast so cannot speak to that.”

“It was a nice place however i had an allergic reaction to the blankets so we could not stay in the hotel. We were told at the front desk they would push a refund through if we got expedia to do so but expedia had no options we could find to refund or call them on the matter. So 400USD wasted. May not use expedia ever again due to this.”

Was disappointed that there were renovations happening and there was no heads-up about that. “Breakfast not very good. No room service over the 3 days there. No towels for a shower. No toilet paper in room or on first floor bathroom very uncomfortable situation bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioner was super loud each time it cycled on. No coffee in room. Am sure there’s more things but dang headache thinking about it. Never stay there again ever”

“Plenty of parking, convenient and easy access to I 35. Walmart close by. Staff were friendly. It’s a little outdated- but not a deal breaker. Shower still worked good and plenty of hot water. Not the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in but far from the un cleanest for sure. Beds were comfortable. My pillows were a little on the hard side.
