“I will probably not use Expedia again. It was too clumsy to use and I didn’t get the rooms I thought I had booked. Then the hotel can’t help you with anything because you booked through a 3rd party. And there’s no way to reach a person at Expedia. The hotel was just ok. My room had clearly been smoked in but it was manageable and I didn’t have a choice in the moment. “Everything was good except the light fan combination for the bathroom. Fan was hideously loud and came on automatically with the light. Showered without the light because it was that bad.”

“Second time staying here and won’t be our last. Cute property, clean and nice room. Could use a better in room coffee maker and the continental breakfast was just coffee and a few individually wrapped bagels/muffins- some room for improvement. Can’t get any more convenient to campus though, which is why we come to town.”

“The location is excellent if you're going to explore Grand lake St. Mary's Indian lake lake loremy and other places in that region and the price is right. Also the location is good right off of interstate 75 and botkins is a small town with a couple of good restaurants and bars”

The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. “Very nice place to stay”

“We checked at 6 & at 6:30 & waited until 7:15am to leave & STILL no coffee nor continental breakfast as was a listed offering. Disappointing. Room was clean.”

“My TV didn’t work. The front desk guy came to my room but he couldn’t fix it. He said they might give me a discount but they didn’t. The fire alarm went off at 9am Sunday morning. The fire department came and gave the all clear.”

“Hotel needs to be updated, dirty carpet and walls. The tub was closed, which was a main reason for booking at this hotel. Staff was very friendly.”

“The property was well kept room was very clean and had everything one could need! Very nice staff!”

“I understand that they are renovating the hotel. But in the shower was grout that was stuck to the main area of the shower. The toilet seal was super dirty and moldy. And the faucet in the restroom was also stained with grout. Breakfast was cold. But De’Angela was a beautiful soul that greeted us with such positivity that we needed after a long stressful day of driving.”
